High Level Seminar on E-Governance
 ADBI, the United Nations Asian and Pacific Training Centre for Information and Communication Technology for Development, and the National Information Technology Centre jointly organized this high level seminar on e-governance. 35 high-level government officials formulated practical actions plans for the implementation of e-governance, initially within the ministries or agencies they represent, and eventually throughout the entire government system.
