Presentation - Multilateral PPPI Capacity Building Initiative (MP3IC)

This presentation was given at the Symposium on "Strengthening Governance for Infrastructure Service Delivery: The Role of Public Private Partnerships", which was held in Manila, Philippines from 9-11 March 2009. It was developed for mid- to senior-level managers of leading public sector training institutes from ADB developing member countries across the Asia-Pacific region, as well as globally, which provide capacity building and training to national and sub-national government officials with a focus on governance and/or infrastructure development.
