Developing Asia Journalism Awards Ceremony 2006Background
Following the success of the 2004 and 2005 Developing Asia Journalism Awards (DAJA), ADBI and ADB are sponsoring DAJA 2006 to acknowledge Asian and Pacific print journalists who cover development trends and the impact these have in the region. The awards focus on excellence in journalistic reporting in four strategic areas of development: 1. Poverty issues 2. People and development 3. Women and development 4.
