The videoconference sessions will be webcast using the World Bank's service.

To access the webcast please visit http://vcg01.worldbank.org/TDLC/*. You will need a PC with speakers and Windows Media Player Version 10.0. We recommend you test your ability to view webcasts by visiting http://vcg01.worldbank.org/vc/* and viewing archived videoconferences.

After the webcast, the videoconference will be archived at the same web address until the end of the course.
