Review of Corporate Governance in Asia Seminar

Objectives

For the successful conclusion of the project, the seminar was designed to provide a forum for:

• the presentation of the country papers by country consultants on the basis of the questionnaire survey they conducted in each country
• the comparison of the survey results across the countries and presentation of quantitative analyses on the linkage between corporate governance quality and firm performance
• comments on the presented papers and analyses from experts on the subjects and countries for higher-quality final output
