Background

On 29-30 September ADBI hosted the first LAEBA conference held in Japan. The presentations covered a wide range of topics, from a general overview of the differences in development and industrialization in Latin America and East Asia to specific issues on income distribution, growth, capital markets, social safety nets and inter-regional and intra-regional integration.
