This is the first annual conference of the Latin America Asia-Pacific Economics and Business Association (LAEBA) and is held in collaboration with the China Development Research Foundation (CDRF) and the Inter-American Development Bank.

Objectives

The conference will explore issues of common interest to policy-makers and researchers concerned with development issues in the People's Republic of China, Asia and Latin America. Particular attention will be given to economic relations between PRC and Latin America.
