Opening Remarks at Customs DG-Commissioner Meeting on Trade Facilitation

Masahiro Kawai, Dean of Asian Development Bank Institute, delivered the opening remarks at the Customs DG-Commissioner Meeting on Trade Facilitation held in Tokyo, Japan from 13-15 February 2007. He discussed trade facilitation issues and challenges in the context of the Doha Development Round of trade negotiations.
