ADB President Kuroda's Keynote Speech at the Japan Microfinance Symposium

ADB President Haruhiko Kuroda delivered the keynote speech at the Japan Microfinance Symposium held at ADBI on 10 May 2007. He said the most profound achievement of modern microfinance is the launch of an irreversible process of financial democratization. He also outlined a number of major challenges and reiterated ADB's strong commitment to build inclusive financial systems in the region.
