Welcome Remarks by President Haruhiko Kuroda at ADBI Annual Conference

Haruhiko Kuroda, ADB President sent welcome remarks to participants at ADBI's 10th anniversary conference on A Decade of Developments. Mr. Kuroda spoke about ADBI's focus on medium and long-term strategic issues vital for sustained economic growth and social development in the region. The conference was held in Tokyo on 4 December 2007.
