Keynote Address by Haruhiko Kuroda at Emerging Asian Regionalism Conference

ADB President Kuroda gave the keynote address on "A Vision for Asian Economic Integration and Japan" at the Emerging Asian Regionalism: The Challenges of Economic Integration conference in Tokyo on 12 September 2008. He introduced the findings of ADB's flagship book on emerging Asian regionalism to the Japanese audience.
