Welcome Remarks by Masahiro Kawai at ADB-ADBI Joint-Conference on Emerging Asian Regionalism

ADBI Dean Masahiro Kawai gave the welcome remarks at the "Emerging Asian Regionalism: The Challenges of Economic Integration" conference held in Tokyo on 12 September 2008. The conference introduced ADB’s flagship study on "Emerging Asian Regionalism: A Partnership for Shared Prosperity" to the Japanese audience.
