Visiting Researchers and Fellows

1. ADBI Visiting Researcher Program is run competitively for researchers from ADB's developing member countries. Research proposals are carefully reviewed and evaluated by a Selection Panel. Successful applicants are invited to ADBI, Tokyo generally for a maximum of six months. View application procedures.

2. In addition, ADBI engages a small number of outstanding scholars from all ADB member countries as Visiting Fellows to participate in ADBI's research activities. Scholars of high distinction and reputation may submit expressions of interest following the same procedures as specified for the Visiting Researcher program. Appointment is generally also for a maximum of six months.
